At Toybank, a non-profit organization that uses the power of play to create safe, empowering spaces for at-risk children across Maharashtra, I worked closely with community programs aimed at holistic development. I helped pioneer a physical fitness curriculum for underprivileged children by integrating structured exercise modules and wellness activities into existing programs. Through weekly sessions, I mentored over 50 children aged 8–16, focusing not only on physical health but also on teamwork, inclusion, and confidence-building, while ensuring measurable engagement and progress for every participant.
Beyond on-ground mentorship, I contributed to Toybank’s outreach and fundraising efforts. I ideated and led a social media campaign titled “Pioneers of Play,” using storytelling to highlight inspiring narratives and increase engagement on Instagram. I also helped execute a live fundraising event benefiting 350 children, which raised over USD 11,000. This involved being part of a 12-member team, coordinating logistics, managing donors, and securing corporate sponsorships for participant giveaways..
